Beltzville State Park

Featuring the 949-acre Beltzville Lake, this state park offers a sandy beach, fishing, water-skiing, 15 miles of hiking trails and 2.5 miles of mountain biking trails.
Bushkill Falls Road, Bushkill, PA (24 miles away / 40 minutes)

Big Pocono State Park

This park contains 1,306 acres of terrain on Camelback Mountain, allowing for spectacular views of three states! Visitors can enjoy hiking 8.5 miles of trails, mountain biking, horseback riding, and downhill skiing in the winter.
Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area

This national park extends over 70,000 acres, with the most well-known feature being the Delaware Water Gap, which is over 1,000-feet deep. Hike part of The Appalachian Trail and explore the forest, river, and ravines along with historic villages.
George W. Childs Park
Silver Lake Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA (31 miles away / 52 minutes)
A former Pennsylvania state park, this park is home to three waterfalls including Factory Falls, Fulmer Falls, and Deer Leap Falls. Take a 1.4 mile hike along Dingmans Creek to witness the beauty of them all.
Gouldsboro State Park

Known for the popular 250-acre Gouldsboro Lake, this state park offers 2,800 acres of land along with swimming along the sandy beach, boating, fishing, 10 miles of hiking, and 8 miles of mountain biking. In the winter months, the park offers skiing, ice fishing and ice skating.
Tobyhana State Park

Located on top of the Pocono Plateau, this 5,440-acre park includes opportunities for visitors to go swimming, boating, and fishing during the warmer months and snowmobiling, ice fishing and ice skating during the winter months. Their Lakeside Trail offers an easy loop walk around Tobyhanna Lake, approximately 5.1 miles in length.
Hickory Run State Park

A National Natural Landmark and State Park Natural Area, this park features the famous Boulder Field, with some boulders as much as 26-feet long. The park also offers 40 miles of hiking trails and trout streams.
Jacobsburg State Park

Lehigh Gorge State Park
South Lehigh Gorge Drive, Weatherly, PA (48 miles away / 1 hour, 9 minutes)
Getting its name after the Lehigh Gorge, this park features thick vegetation, rock structures and plenty of waterfalls. Activities like whitewater boating are popular along with hiking along the abandoned railroad grade, sightseeing, and bicycling. There are 33 miles of hiking trails and 26 miles of biking trails (wide tires are recommended).
Nescopeck State Park

Open year-round, Nescopeck State Park is surrounded by Mount Yeager and Nescopeck Mountain. The 3,550-acre park contains wetlands, forests and many different habitats along with the nine-acre Lake Frances. Explore the park through the 19 miles of hiking trails (please note: mountain biking is prohibited on the trails).
Promised Land State Park

Located on the Pocono Plateau, Promised Land State Park is surrounded by over 12,000 acres of Pennsylvania's Delaware State Forest, featuring beech, oak, maple and hemloc trees.. The park features two lakes on sand beaches and small streams. The possibilities are endless with 50 miles of hiking trails, 6.5 miles of biking roads, horseback riding, geocaching, fishing, boating and more.
